This was a rare opportunity to visit an Alpaca farm during it’s annual shearing and see where the fibre comes from. Guild members Alana and Amanda were happy to help out any way they could on shearing day.
We were also fortunate enough to witness the newest addition to the herd, Shalimar, who had been born that morning, just hours before we arrived.
